This report is issued upon completion of an Inspection and Testing activity carried out when we visit your property.

The outcome of this activity can either be Satisfactory or Unsatisfactory also usually termed as a Pass or a Fail. You may also have a Satisfactory result with some observations on things to improve upon to guaranty maximum safety of the users.

A discovery of dangerous or potentially dangerous conditions will warrant an unsatisfactory report.

As a landlord, it is your obligation to check that the electrical installation on your rented property is safe for the inhabitants ranging from sockets, light switches, wiring to the consumer unit are safe. This is usually recommended every 5 years or whenever there's a change of occupancy.

It is worthy of note that the electrical safely standards regulation has been in force since the 1st of July 2020 which applies to private rental sector in England.
